Today Room 28 transplanted some rhubarb plants from the Enviro garden. Mrs Andrews cut off some rhubarb sticks for Miss Grant to bake something for Room 28 with. I wonder what it might be?? Apple and rhubarb pie, rhubarb and apple crumble, rhubarb cake or something else. If you have any great rhubarb recipes Miss Grant would love to have them.
