Today Rooms 1 and 2 made lamingtons all by ourselves. First Miss Grant made the chocolate icing using cocoa and icing sugar. Next we got a piece of sponge cake and dipped it into the icing. After that we rolled it in the coconut. Then we put it on a napkin so we could eat it at morning tea. Yum!!! It was a special day.
Hmmmmmm.... where was my lamington? Remember me next time you bake Room 1! I bet they were yummy. Miss Grant is a wonderful baker. I have tried many of her treats :)
